The wedding itself, cast in golden finish— Meenakshi and Sundareshwar, seated together as one.

Four strands of pearls and emerald-green beads fall on each side, broken by golden filigree spacers and carved golden beads, with a rectangular clasp set in green stones partway down. The strands gather at a grand arched pendant where Shiva and the goddess sit side by side on a throne, framed by two facing peacocks above and a border of green stones below. Pearls and jade beads fringe the entire base. The matching jhumkas have the goddess seated in a halo-shaped frame above a tiered, stone-set dome. The rich matte golden finish lets the pearls and emeralds carry the piece.
