Row after row of small Lakshmi figures run the width of this collar, each set within a stone bordered medallion of ruby and emerald, with a dense fringe of seed pearls hanging beneath almost the full length. A single line of oval ruby stones traces the centre from top to bottom. The matching jhumkas repeat the same Lakshmi medallion on a floral ruby stud, finished with a soft pearl cluster. The oxidized silver finish gives the whole set a cool, antique shimmer quite different from the warm tones in the rest of this collection.
