A multi-armed goddess standing beneath a sunburst arch, armed and ready, exactly as Meenakshi herself once was.

The pendant centres on a goddess shown with several arms, each holding her own emblem, standing on a lotus between two carved pillars with attendant figures at her sides. Above her, a fanned arch of petals sets off a small crowned face at its peak. The collar is woven from fine green and golden beads in a dense, textured band, meeting the pendant at two sculpted pillars and dropping below into a full, pointed fringe of the same green beads. The matching jhumkas have a goddess bust in an arched frame above a domed, green-beaded dome. The bright golden finish sets off the deep green beadwork throughout.
